TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEDIMENT RETAINING STRUCTURES (GABION), STA. 13+910, SACOBIA RIVER CONTROL, MABALACAT, PAMPANGA

It has been found that the above captioned project under contract with DYNA BUILDERS cannot be continued and prosecuted due to the inaccessibility of the project site by reason of the series of secondary explosions pyroclastic materials flowing down from Mt. Pinatubo as reported by the concerned Project Manager/Pointman of the river system.

In view thereof, the contract entered into with DYNA BUILDERS for the Construction of Sediment Retaining Structures Sacobia River, Mabalacat, Pampanga, is hereby TERMINATED in accordance with Clause 96(2) of the Standard Specifications for Public Works and Highways.
