CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR FOODSTUFFS UNDER AUCTION SALE

You are hereby directed to secure the necessary permits, clearances, and other regulatory requirements from the appropriate government agencies for meat, medicines and other food or medical preparations that are to be sold or are being sold, at public auction in order to ensure that the same are fit for consumption, and to facilitate the auction or disposition thereof.
