REVISED POSTAL RATES AND OTHER POSTAL CHARGES EFFECTIVE 01 APRIL 1997

Pursuant to Sec. 6, Art. II of Republic Act 7354 and Executive Order No. 159 dated 23 February 1994, postage rates for the following categories of mail and charges for other postal services are hereby revised effective 01 April 1997: (Please see NAR Volume 8 Book No. 3, July - September 1997, pp. 656 & 657) All previous issuances in conflict herewith are deemed superseded or modified accordingly.
