AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF NINETEEN MILLION PESOS (PHP. 19,000,000.00) FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO OTHER SUPPLIES EXPENSES, UNDER THE MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES, CAPITAL OUTLAY OF THE MANILA DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WELFARE FUNDED THROUGH ORDINANCE NO. 8329, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE EXECUTIVE BUDGET OF CY 2014 FOR OTHER PURPOSES

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. The amount of Nineteen Million Pesos (PhP. 19,000,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to Other Supplies Expenses, under the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses, Capital Outlay of the Manila Department of Social Welfare funded through Ordinance No. 8329, otherwise known as the Executive Budget of CY 2014 and for the other purposes.

SEC. 2. Effectivity Clause. - This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on June 10, 2014.
