DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 1, 2005, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN SAN CARLOS CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, Friday, July 1, 2005, marks the Charter Day Anniversary of San Carlos City;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of San Carlos City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, July 1, 2005, as special (non-working) day in San Carlos City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 7th day of April, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Five.
