DECLARING FRIDAY, 24 MARCH 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TABACO, PROVINCE OF ALBAY

WHEREAS, on 24 March 2023, Friday, the City of Tabaco, Province of Albay will mark the celebration of its Charter Day and its 22 nd Cityhood Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tabaco be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 24 March 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tabaco, Province of Albay.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
