REGISTRATION FEES

Please be informed that the Board in its meeting held last December 10, 1999, pursuant to Executive Order No. 159 dated February 23, 1994 of the Office of the President, resolved to further amend Section 67 of the Rules and Regulations on Horse Racing by adding the following rates of fees to be paid by licensees and registrants of the PHILRACOM:

“ SECTION 67. REGISTRATION FEES — The following are the rates of fees to be paid by licensees and registrants of the PHILRACOM as well as other fees imposed or otherwise to be imposed by it:
