TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR DTI CERTIFICATE OF ACCREDITATION FOR REBUILDERS AND THE DTI-BIS/DTI REGIONAL OR PROVINCIAL OFFICE ENDORSEMENT FOR THE REGISTRATION OF REBUILT TRUCKS AND BUSES

The requirements for DTI Certificate of Accreditation for Rebuilders and the DTI-BIS/ DTI Regional or Provincial for the registration of rebuilt trucks and buses as stated in the Memorandum Circular No. RIB-2007-831 (Implementing Rules and Regulations for the Registration of Rebuilt Trucks and Buses Pursuant to the Memorandum of Agreement of DTI, BOC, and LTO) are hereby temporarily suspended until such time that the question on the said requirement has been decided on with finality by the concerned court of law.
