DECLARING THURSDAY, 29 AUGUST 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KUMALARANG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 29 august 2024, Thursday, the Municipality of Kumalarang, Province of Zamboanga del Sur will mark the celebration of the Padul-Os Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Kumalarang be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R, MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 29 August 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Kumalarang, Province of Zamboanga del Sur

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
