DECLARING THURSDAY, AUGUST 2, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KABANKALAN

WHEREAS, Tuesday, August 2, 2005, marks the 8th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Kabankalan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kabankalan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL – ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, August 2, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Kabankalan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 7th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Five.
