CREATING A SPECIAL COMMITTEE TO LOOK INTO CERTAIN CERTIFICATES OF TITLES OF LAND IN BAGUIO CITY DECLARED NULL AND VOID BY THE COURT

I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create a special committee to look into certain certificates of titles of lands in Baguio City which have been voided by the Court, composed of the following:

The Solicitor-General

Chairman

The Director of Lands

Member

Mr. Sinai Hamada, representing the landowners

Member

Mr. Bantas Suanding, representing the Integrated Bar of Baguio City

Member

The Committee may call upon any department, bureau, office, agency, or instrumentality of the government for such assistance as it may need in the performance of its task.

The Committee is hereby given one month within which to submit its recommendation to the President.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 9th day of August, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-six.
