PROHIBITION OF INTERCHANGE OF UNITS

In order to avoid confusion as to the authorized units of a particular Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC), grantees of Certificates of Public Convenience with two (2) or more CPCs are prohibited to file a Petition of Interchange of Units.

This Memorandum Circular supersedes any and all issuances inconsistent herewith, and takes effect immediately.
