AMENDMENT OF FLAG STATE ADMINISTRATION ADVISORY NO. 2008-05

Flag State Administration Advisory No. 2008-05 is hereby amended lifting the temporary deferment/suspension in the implementation of the provision on revalidation of booklet under MARINA Memorandum Circular No. 2008-04 on the Revised Rules on the Issuance of Enhanced Seafarer's Identification and Record Book (SI RB)

Effective immediately, SIRB booklet will no longer be revalidated.
