EXEMPTION OF NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY (NFA) PRIVATE TRUCKS TO PLY ON NATIONAL HIGHWAYS

Per letter-request of Mr. Joemari F. Gerochi, Administrator, National Food Authority to exempt their contracted private trucks to deliver imported NFA rice stocks.

In this connection, all deputies and agents are hereby advised to allow the use of private trucks to haul NFA imported rice, provided a copy of the contract and delivery receipt are presented as proof thereof.
