DECLARING TUESDAY, 19 APRIL 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, on 19 April 2022, Tuesday, the City of Tarlac, will mark the celebration of its 24 th Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority if the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 19 April 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
