FIXING JULY 4, 1947, FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF THE CITY OF SILAY

Pursuant to the authority conferred upon me by section 90 of Republic Act No. 1621, creating the City of Silay, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby fix July 4, 1957, for the organization of the Government of the City of Silay.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 2nd day of July, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-seven, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the eleventh.
