CHARGING BASIS OF WHARFAGE DUES ON LIVE ANIMALS

In order to ensure uniform basis for the assessment and computation of wharfage fee on live animals (uncrated) and thus minimize complaints and irritants arising from different charging bases, all uncrated live animals shall, henceforth, be charged wharfage fee based on weight and not on measurement.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
