DA-QUEDANCOR-PHILRICE AGRIKULTURANG MAKAMASA FOR RICE PRODUCTION TECHNO-DEMO (AGRIKULTURANG MAKAMASA — RICE TECHNO — DEMO) AND TEKNOBINHI 100 PROGRAM

Circular No. 090, Series of 1998 on DA-QUEDANCOR Agrikulturang MakaMASA for Rice Production Techno-Demo (Agrikulturang MakaMASA — RICE TECHNO — DEMO) is hereby amended with respect to the following:

TECHNO-DEMO Project shall cover 20 hectares per municipality while the TEKNOBINHI 100 Program will finance a maximum of 100 hectares per province to ensure the availability of seed suppliers for farm-users.

5.6.2 A non-refundable service fee of 2.5% per annum of the loan amount shall be charged and deducted from the conduit’s loan proceeds.

5.7 Term and Mode of Payment

The loan shall be paid by the lending conduit to Quedancor within 200 days from date of loan release while the beneficiaries to lending conduit/Quedancor within 185 days .
