DESIGNING OWWA AS THE FOCAL AGENCY TO ORGANIZE AND CONVENE THE SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE

In the exigencies of the service, and to implement Section 37 of RA 8042, creating the Migrant Workers Scholarship Program, the OWWA is hereby designated as the focal agency to organize and convene the Scholarship Committee provided under Sections 38-40 of the Omnibus Rules Implementing R.A. 8042.
