DECLARING FRIDAY, 22 FEBRUARY 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN PEDRO, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, the Municipality of San Pedro, Laguna marks the celebration of its town fiesta in honor of its patron saint, St. Peter, the Apostle, and the holding of the weeklong “Sampaguita Festival” on Friday, 22 February 2013;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Pedro, Laguna be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 22 February 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Pedro, Laguna.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
