COLLECTION OF COMPUTER FEES FOR LETAS

Upon the successful completion of the functional and operational testing, Certificates of Acceptance of an IT Facility (CAIFs) for the following Law Enforcement and Traffic Adjudication System (LETAS) modules were issued at:

Regional Office XII – Operations Division – September 15, 2005

Law Enforcement and Traffic Adjudication System (LETAS)

1. Admitted Case Settlement with Report 2. Contested Case Settlement with Report Generation 3. Clearance

Accordingly, pursuant to the LTO Information Technology Project Build-Own-Operate Agreement of the UAT Plan, you are hereby directed to commence the collection of the below specified computer fees for the modules of LETAS applicable to your respective sites as follows:

All orders/memoranda in conflict herewith are deemed superseded.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect after publication from three (3) newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
