LIFTING THE SUSPENSION OF R.L. DE LEON CONSTRUCTION

In view of the representations that R.L. de Leon Construction has been suspended/blacklisted for more than one year already as penalty for the rescission of its contract for the improvement of the Romblon Airport, Province of Romblon; that he has acknowledged the Department's unwillingness to condone non-performance by contractors of their contractual obligations; and his assurance never to abandon his contract with the government in the future; and considering further that he is not liable for the difference in cost of completing the project vis-a-vis its original contract cost due to change in the specification from Item 310 to 308, the suspension/blacklisting of R.L. De Leon Construction and/or Mr. Rolando L. De Leon is hereby lifted effective immediately.
