DECLARING THURSDAY, 24 AUGUST 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CATBALOGAN, PROVINCE OF SAMAR

WHEREAS, on 24 August 2023, Thursday, the City of Catbalogan, Province of Samar will mark the celebration of the Manaragat Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Catbalogan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, 24 August 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Catbalogan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
