DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF REPORTS TO BSP

For the information and guidance of all concerned, the due date/deadline for submission of reports to BSP as prescribed under SectionS 162 and 4162Q governing the frequency and deadlines indicated in appendix 6 of the Manual of Regulations for Banks and Appendix Q.3 of the Manual of Regulations for Non-Bank Financial Intermediaries, shall be automatically moved to the next banking day whenever a half-day suspension of business operations in government offices is declared due to an emergency such as typhoon, floods, etc. Effective immediately.
