RATE INCREASE ON FOREIGN CARGO-RELATED CONTAINER HANDLING CHARGES AND FOREIGN ARRASTRE, STEVEDORING AND FOREIGN MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES ON NON-CONTAINERIZED CARGO AT SOUTH HARBOR AND MICT

Pursuant to PPA Board Resolution No.2005-945 dated March 1, 2005, the cargo handling rates for foreign cargo-related (arrastre) container handling charges and foreign arrastre stevedoring and foreign miscellaneous, on non-containerized cargoes handled at South Harbor and MICT are hereby increased as follows:

Effectivity Cargo-related Charges for Foreign Containerized Cargoes Arrastre, Stevedoring & Miscellaneous Charges for Foreign Non-Containerized cargoes

First Tranche - Effective 19 March, 2005 12%

Second Tranche - Effective19 March, 2006 10% 8%

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect after completion of the publication in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
