TERMINATING THE COLLECTION OF TOLLS AT THE MALITBOG TOLL BRIDGE, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ

The total cost of the Malitbog Toll Bridge, in the Province of Capiz, plus interest at the rate of four per cent per annum, having been fully recovered, as certified in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 3500, as amended, it is hereby ordered that the collection of tolls at the Malitbog Toll Bridge be terminated.

This Order shall take effect upon receipt of copy hereof by the Provincial Treasurer of Capiz.

Done in the City of Manila, this 13th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the seventh.
