MOVIES VOLUNTARILY DELETED BY PRODUCER/DISTRIBUTOR
Please be informed that effective immediately, the following procedures shall be observed in the event a movie producer/distributor, submits a movie print/trailer for review wherein scene(s) in the movie print/trailer are voluntarily deleted:
1. The producer/distributor, upon application for review, shall notify the Board in writing that deletion(s) have been voluntarily made in the movie print/trailer that is submitted for review and the Board shall be furnished with a detailed list of the deletion(s) together with two (2) sets of deleted movie print/trailer portions, and if practicable, a video copy of the deletions and/or the edited/trailer.
2. If the movie print/trailer is approved for exhibition after review, its Permit to Exhibit shall be prepared, stating/enumerating the deletion(s) voluntarily made by the producer/distributor so as to guide our Special Agents and deputies in the discharge of their monitoring functions.
