REVISED SCHEDULE OF LTO ADMINISTRATIVE FEES AND CHARGES ON MOTOR VEHICLE/MOTORCYCLE PLATES
In compliance with Executive Order No. 218 dated 15 March 2000 as implemented by DOF-DBM Joint Circular 2000-2 dated 04 April 2000 the following revised schedule of LTO administrative fees and charges on motor vehicle/motorcycle plates revising DOTC Department Order No. 93-693, are hereby approved for implementation:

1. Cost of Plates, Tags and Stickers
a. Cost of Plates
Regular motor vehicle plate (per pair) P 450.00
Motorcycle plate (per piece) 120.00
b. Stickers
Validation and plate year tags 50.00
Denomination 5000
c. Replacement of validation Stickers 200.00
2. Duplicate Plates
a. Plate Production Fee 150.00
b. Lost Plate (regular) 450.00
c. Lost Plate (MC/TC). 120.00
3. Vanity Plates
a. Select Edition 10,000.00
b. Premium Edition 15,000.00
c. Limited Edition For Auction
4. Transaction fees for Vanity License Plates
a. Transfer Fee 200.00
b. Revision of Records Fee 200.00
c. Annual Renewal Fee
500.00
d. Duplicate Vanity License Plate 5,000.00
e. Duplicate Fee for VLP Sticker 50.00
f. Fines and Penalty (Illegal transfer of plate) 20,000.00
5. Optional Motor Vehicle Special Plates

All other existing fees, penalties and fines not herein listed shall be continued to be enforced at the same rate.
The revised rates herein prescribed shall be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in two newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines and shall take effect fifteen (15) days thereafter.
All Department Memorandum Orders, Circulars and other Administrative issuances in conflict with this department order are hereby deemed revoked, amended or revised accordingly.
III. EFFECTIVITY. This order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after receipt of copies thereof by the Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR), U.P. Law Center, Diliman, Quezon City and publication thereof in two (2) newspapers of general nationwide circulation.
