TOURIST BUSES AND FX SHUTTLE OPERATIONS

Complaints are relayed to this Office on the illegal operation of tourist buses from operators of regular buses. In this connection therefore you are hereby directed to conduct operations against tourist buses operating illegally in violation of their LTFRB franchises and permits from the Department of Tourism.

Another complaint from PUJ operators concerns the illegal operation of FX shuttle vehicles operating as colorum, outside of authorized line, contractual basis or overcharging of fares. Immediate law enforcement operations shall be conducted to apprehend these violators.

Within 30 days from receipt hereof, Kindly inform this Office of the actual results of your operations including penalties imposed thereon.
