AUDIT OF "D" WORLD MARKET SUGAR QUEDANS AND OTHER CLASSES SWAPPED INTO "D" ISSUED DURING CROP YEAR 1993-1994

The Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA), in the exercise of its regulatory functions, hereby orders an audit of all "D" World Market sugar quedans and another classes of quedans swapped into "D" issued by all operating sugar mills during the crop year 1993-94. In view of the foregoing, all operating sugar mills during crop year 1993-94 are hereby directed to provide the necessary or pertinent books, documents and other forms of assistance needed for the audit. The audit period shall start on January 30, 1995 until terminated.
