MORATORIUM ON APPROVALS TO OPERATE AND ESTABLISH CUSTOMS BONDED TRADING WAREHOUSES

Effective immediately, there shall be a moratorium on further approvals on applications to operate and establish Customs Bonded Trading Warehouses.

All applications for the operation and establishment of Customs Bonded Trading Warehouses shall outrightly be denied until further instruction/s from the undersigned.

For your information and guidance.

This Order shall last until revoked.
