AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE ANAHAWAN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANAHAWAN, PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE, FROM TWENTY-FIVE TO FIFTY BEDS.

Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled:

SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Anahawan Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Anahawan, Province of Southern Leyte, is increased from twenty-five to fifty. beds.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall he included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
