Pursuant to the powers and functions of the Board to promulgate rules as are necessary and/or proper for the implementation of P.D. 1986, please be informed that effective February 15, 1993, the first 1-50 still photos submitted for approval shall be charged P10.00 each and every photo in excess shall be charged P2.00 each. With respect to posters, billboards and lay-outs, only clear copies shall be accepted for review and approval by the Board. Submission of one approved finished copy of the posters and lay-outs, only clear copies shall be accepted for review and approval by the Board. Submission of one approved finished copy of the poster and lay-out is also required for our files.
