AMENDMENT BY ADDITION TO GENERAL RULE 1. 11 OF THE RESOLUTION AMENDING THE HANDICAPPING SYSTEM FOR THE MAIDEN RACES

Please be informed that the Philracom Board in its meeting last November 12, 1999, resolved to amend General Rule 1.11 of the Resolution Amending Handicapping System for Maiden Races, to wit:

Gen. Rule 1.11 If the entries are lacking, Maiden Division (1A) may be merged with Maiden Division (1B), and Maiden Division (2A) may be merged with Maiden Division (2B), respectively, with the following additional rules:

It will now be read as follows:

Gen. Rule 1.11 If the entries are lacking, Maiden Division (1A) may be merged with Maiden Division (1B), and Maiden Division (2A) may be merged with Maiden Division (2B), respectively, or vice versa, with the following additional rules:

This shall take effect immediately.
