REVISED SUGAR POLICY ON THE CLASSIFICATION AND PERCENTAGE ALLOCATION FOR CY 2004-2005
WHEREAS, Sugar Order No.4, series of 2004-2005 has classified and allocated twenty percent (20%) of the weekly sugar production as "C" or Reserve Sugar;
WHEREAS, there is an observed drop in the weekly production of sugar at this time of CY 2004-2005;
WHEREAS, as a result of the aforesaid drop in production, there is no more need to continue with the allocation of "C" or Reserve Sugar of CY 2004-2005 sugar production;
NOW, THEREFORE, under and by virtue of the powers vested in the Sugar Regulatory Administration, it is hereby ordered that:
SECTION 1 . The percentage allocation for the different classes of sugar under Section 1-b of Sugar Order No.4-B, Series 2004-2005, is hereby revised.
All sugar production for the Crop Year 2004-2005 beginning week ending 10 April 2005 shall be issued weekly quedan-permits by mill companies in the following classification and percentage:
"A" or U.S. Quota sugar 4.00%
"B" or Domestic sugar 96.00%
TOTAL 100.00%
SECTION 2 . This Sugar Order shall take effect immediately.
SECTION 3 . Provisions of Sugar Orders, Circular Letters, rules and regulations contrary to or inconsistent with this Order are hereby amended, revoked or modified accordingly.
