DECLARING MONDAY, 11 SEPTEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL 9NON-WORKING) DY IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on 11 September 2023, the Province of Ilocos Norte will mark the 106 th birth anniversary of President Ferdinand E. Marcos;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Ilocos Norte be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, , LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R,. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 11 September 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Ilocos Norte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
