SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF MCKLEIN SALES CO., INC.

In view of the refusal and/or failure of Mcklein Sales Company, Inc. to deliver the goods under Purchase Orders No. AMMS-3267-90, ADB-1397-90, BOM 3682-90 A and PLAN-3397-90 without just and valid cause/s, the said Mcklein Sales Company, Inc. and its officers/stockholders are suspended/blacklisted from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract in the DPWH and its line agencies for a period of one (1) year effective immediately.
