“RESOLVE, as it is hereby resolved, that upon recommendation of Management and without prejudice to COA Regulations and pertinent laws on the matter, the Board hereby approves the adjustment of Maintenance Rates for Rental Services and Equipment as contained in Management’s Memorandum* dated 8 May 2013, a copy of which is incorporated herein by way of reference.”
