TO: THE MINISTRY OF HUMAN SETTLEMENTS THE HUMAN SETTLEMENTS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION THE NATIONAL HOUSING CORPORATION THE RATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY

Until further orders the National Housing Authority shall continue to operate for the purpose of upgrading the slums in the cities and municipalities on the slums upgrading projects under the Human Settlement Programs as well as the SIR and ZIP programs, but the fabrication of components for mass housing be now taken over by the National Housing Corporation and the National Housing Authority shall operate directly and in coordination,, with the Human Settlements Development Corporation, a corporate arm of the Ministry of Human Settlements.

Done in the City of Manila, this 17th day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty-one.
