TO: ALL AGENCIES OF THE NATIONAL LOCAL GOVERNMENTS CONCERNED:

In order to ensure the successful holding of the Palarong Pambansa '84, there is hereby created a special Force for this athletic event composed of the following:

The Governor of Ilocos Norte Honorary Chairman

The Minister of Education Culture & Sports Chairman

The Deputy Minister MECS (For Administration) Vice-Chairman

The Regional Director, Region I, MECS Member

The Regional Director, Region I, MPWH Member

The Provincial Superintendent Ilocos Norte Member

The City Superintendent Laoag City Member

The City Mayor, Laoag City Member

The Provincial Engineer Ilocos Norte Member

The City Engineer, Laoag City Member

The Provincial Health Officer, Ilocos Norte Member

The City Health Officer, Laoag City Member

The Provincial Commander, Ilocos Norte Member

The Task Force shall draw up plans and programs including the raising of the necessary funds for the development, updating and maintenance of sports facilities for the sports event.

This LOI shall take effect immediately.
