DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 2 NOVEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 2 November 2016, the Province of Misamis Occidental marks the celebration of its Foundation Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Misamis Occidental be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, MENARDO I. GUEVARRA, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 2 November 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Misamis Occidental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
