DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 23 JULY 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 23 July 2025, Wednesday, the City of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental will mark the celebration of its 65 th Charter Day/46 th Kaliga Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 23 July 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the President to be affixed.
