DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JULY 23, 2003 AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN BATANGAS CITY

WHEREAS, Wednesday, July 23, 2003, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of Batangas City;

WHEREAS , it is fitting and proper that the people of Batangas City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO , Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Wednesday, July 23, 2003, as a special (non-working) day in Batangas City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
