DECLARING THURSDAY, 25 APRIL 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF HIMAWIAYLAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 25 April 2019, Thursday, the City of Himamaylan, Province of Negros Occidental, will mark the celebration of its annual fiesta, the Himaya-an Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Himamaylan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 25 April 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Himamaylan, Province of Negros Occidental.
