DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 12 NOVEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUMACA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Gumaca was established in 1582 under the patronage of San Diego de Alcala whose feast day is on 12 November;

WHEREAS, 12 November is recognized as the municipality's founding date;

WHEREAS, on 12 November 2025, Wednesday, the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon, will mark the celebration of its 443 rd Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Gumaca be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 12 November 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
