EXCLUSION OF PERPHYLLON FROM THE LIST OF REGULATED DRUGS
Pursuant to the powers vested in the Dangerous Drugs Board under Section 36(a) of Republic Act No. 6425, as amended, the pharmaceutical preparations hereunder described are hereby excluded from the list of regulated drugs:

Suppositories

Suppositories
(For Children)
Tablet
Oxythylthcophylline

The exclusion notwithstanding, the above preparations remain prescription items subject to the prescription requirements of R.A. 3720, otherwise known as the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
This Regulation shall take effect immediately.
