AUTHORITY OF ISLAND AGENCIES TO ACCEPT PNP CLEARANCE OR LTO AGENCY CLEARANCE IN LIEU OF THE REGIONAL OFFICE CLEARANCE FOR LOST LICENSE

It has come to the attention of the License Section, Operations Division, that applicants for replacement of driver’s license from an Island Agency are experiencing difficulty in securing clearance from the Regional Office.

In this connection, Island Agencies are hereby authorized to accept PNP Clearance or LTO Agency Clearance in lieu of the Regional Office Clearance.

All orders, memoranda in conflict herewith are deemed superseded.
