PRIVATE EMISSION TESTING CENTER (PETC) ISSUED ACCREDITATION AND AUTHORIZATION AS MOBILE CENTER

It has come to the attention of the PETC Authorization Committee that there are Private Emission Testing Centers (PETC) accredited and authorized to operate in a missionary areas as MOBILE are operating in areas that have already authorized stationary centers.

In this connection, all Mobile PETCs proved to be operating in areas with stationary centers will have its authorization CANCELLED.

All DOTC/LTO Regional Directors, Assistant Regional Directors, District Heads and Employees Concerned are hereby directed to monitor the activities of the PETCs and report to the PETC Monitoring Committee and Authorization Committee the irregularities made by such PETC.

This order shall take effect after its dissemination to all DOTC/LTO Regional Offices and Authorized PETCs.
