MOTIONS FOR RECLASSIFICATION AND/OR RECONSIDERATION

Applicants for MTRCB review and classification are hereby reminded and strongly advised that in the event they intend to file Motions for Reclassification and/or Reconsideration of the decision of the SUB-COMMITTEE ON FIRST REVIEW, they MUST FILE the said motion within FIVE (5) DAYS from NOTICE of the decision, which motion must contain the following data:

a) Date of the First Review of the movie b) Date of Notice of the Decision of the First Review Committee; and c) Intended date of Advance Screening/Sneak Preview/or Premiere Showing

Without prejudice to sanctions for possible violations already incurred, applicants are hereby advised to strictly comply with the aforementioned rule.
