DECLARING THURSDAY, 22 NOVEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS, on 22 November 2018, a Thursday, the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija, will mark the celebration of its Annual Thanksgiving Day for a bountiful harvest; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERE, do hereby declare Thursday, 22 November 2018, a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
